How she works

Say the ask.
She does the rest.

Four steps from “what’s for dinner” to a fridge that already knows.

  1. 01

    Tell her the week

What you’ll eat, before you’re hungry.

Sunday night you tell her how many dinners and what you’re into. She builds the week, picks recipes you’ll actually cook, and turns it into one grocery list. No more 6pm scroll through the delivery apps.

5 dinners this week. quick stuff. i’ve got chicken and pasta already.
Done. 5 dinners, 30 minutes or less, built around the chicken and pasta. Grocery list is 11 items. Want it sorted by aisle?

    She reads your week

Tired Tuesday gets the easy one.

She knows which nights you’re slammed. The late meeting gets a 15-minute dinner, the free night gets the recipe you’ve been meaning to try. She moves the plan around your real life, not the other way around.

ugh tuesday got buried. late call till 8.
Swapped Tuesday to the sheet-pan one, 15 minutes, everything in the oven. Moved the longer recipe to Thursday when you’re free.
  3. 03

    She keeps the fridge honest

Uses what you have before it dies.

She tracks what’s already in there. Before anything goes off, she works it into a dinner. Less waste, less “I’ll just order something,” more meals you already paid for.

half a bag of spinach about to go bad
Tonight’s dinner now uses it, folded into the pasta. Saved you a throwaway and a takeout.

    Your week, cooked

    The receipts, minus the receipts.

By Sunday she sends the tally: dinners cooked, takeout skipped, money kept. Then she asks if you want the same again. Most weeks, you do.

Week recap: 5 dinners cooked, 0 takeout, about $90 saved vs last week.
didn’t even notice i stopped ordering
    Same plan next week?
